2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking information will be emailed after dispatch.


3. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.


5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel or update it.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed.

You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

7. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
