1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund.


2. How to Request a Return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If rejected (e.g., used or damaged product), no refund will be issued.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit depending on your preference and item availability.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again
  • Contact your payment provider
